By using Converter EPUB, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Service

Converter EPUB is an online file conversion tool. You may use the service to convert documents and ebooks between supported formats. You must not use the service to convert files that you do not have the legal right to process, including copyrighted material for which you do not have permission.

File Retention & Security

For your file security, we do not permanently store any files you upload. Uploaded files and converted output are retained on our servers for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this period, all files are automatically and permanently deleted. Please download your converted EPUB promptly after conversion — expired download links cannot be recovered.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality conversions, we cannot guarantee that every conversion will be perfect. Complex PDF layouts, unusual fonts, or corrupted source files may result in imperfect output. You are responsible for verifying the quality of converted files before use.

Limitation of Liability

Converter EPUB and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages, even if advised of the possibility.

Fair Use

Excessive or automated use that degrades service quality for others is prohibited. We reserve the right to block access for users who abuse the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
